AT&T Retail Customer & Sales Representative
The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as full-time AT&T Retail Customer & Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing wireless campaign while representing one of the most recognized names in telecommunications.
In this customer-facing role, you will help consumers explore wireless solutions, complete service upgrades and enrollments, and find options that best fit their needs. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Represent AT&T’s latest wireless products and services in a retail setting
Connect with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist with new service enrollments, account upgrades, and general billing questions
Create a welcoming, professional, and positive customer experience
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve performance
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Interest in long-term professional growth and leadership opportunities
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
