As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience executing promotional campaigns, interacting with customers in a retail environment, and helping drive brand awareness and sales. What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands in a retail environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions.

• Assist with the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.

• Build strong customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.

• Help achieve individual and team sales and performance goals.

• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development.
