Entry Level Manager - Marketing & Sales
Our client is expanding and seeking a driven Entry Level Manager to support a growing portfolio of nationally recognized brands. This role combines leadership development, marketing execution, and hands-on sales experience within fast-paced retail environments across the Chicago area.
In this position, you will help oversee client campaigns, support territory growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing the skills needed to advance into senior leadership roles. The organization specializes in face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition for major brands, providing full training and mentorship from day one.
What You’ll Do
Support the execution of marketing campaigns inside major retail locations
Represent client brands professionally while building awareness
Assist with new product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Engage customers, answer questions, and provide personalized solutions
Track performance metrics and campaign results
Help develop strategies to expand market reach within assigned territories
Maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
Participate in leadership training, workshops, and team meetings
